Pay Direct

Pay directly at one of the MetLife Alico offices via

Crossed cheque in the name of "American Life Insurance Company".
Credit or Debit cards
Cash : Up to a maximum of US$2,000 (or equivalent in other currency) paid directly to a MetLife Alico office or to a MetLife Alico Collector.

Collection Service

Too busy to come to our office? Not a problem. MetLife Alico also offers you a payment collection service.

Just call us at 800-25426 or +971 6 556 2566 or fill up our "Contact us" form and we will come to you to collect the payment at a location that is most convenient to you. You can pay by cash (up to USD 2000) or by Cheque.

When you write to us, don't forget to mention your policy details as well as the address for collection.
