Online Payment Facility - It's simple, It's secure and It's hassle-free.
- Log into our secure customer portal "myMetLife Alico" using your user ID and password.
- Select the policy for which premiums are due and click on the “Pay Online” option
- You will be redirected to a secure page for premium payment.
- Pay your premium using your Debit or Credit card
- Once you complete the payment, you will receive an online transaction confirmation and a Transaction Reference Number. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation of the payment.

Don't have access to myMetLife Alico ?
Not a problem. You can now get your access to our secure portal by
- Writing to us requesting for a password by using the "Contact us" option on our website or
- E-mailing us at service-gulf@metlifealico.com or
- Speaking to one of our Customer Service Professionals by calling 800 25426 from UAE or +971 6 556 2566 if you are outside the UAE or
- Faxing us a signed request at +971 6 556 2577 or
- Dropping us a line at

Your password mailer will be sent to the email address we have on our records and you should receive it within 1 day after completion of our verification call.
No matter how you get in touch with us, do remember that we will need:
- The policy number(s) against which you wish to receive the password. If you have more than one policy with us, please provide all your policy numbers
- Your contact phone number for us to conduct our verification call before issuing your password
- Your signature on any written correspondence
