Eligibility
Minimum age is 3 months and maximum age is 60 years for the annual plan.
Minimum age is 3 months and maximum is 70 years for the short term plan.
The family plan covers the spouse and all children from the ages of 3 months to 17 years while economically dependent, single and full-time students.
The children are covered for 10% of the insured person's sum under the accidental death & dismemberment benefit.
