With i-Act, MetLife Alico is widening the scope of insurance coverage to include procedures and medications that are not usually covered under conventional insurance.
Enrolling in this comprehensive diabetes management program comes at no additional cost and does not change the terms of the policy coverage; therefore only the deductible and co-insurance are applicable as per the terms and conditions of the policy.
In summary, i-Act does not increase the insurance premium the employer is paying nor does it require the enrolled member to pay to benefit from the program’s scope.

i-Act is a journey to a healthier living. We have structured the program to last over a period of time to quantify reachable goals. People who have completed their yearly cycle are entitled to renew their enrollment as long as they remain covered by MetLife Alico.
Does the employer or any other party be informed of enrollment of the member?
No, medical records and enrollment details are confidential and privacy of this enrolled member is guaranteed. Only the physician who is monitoring the patient’s condition will have access to the insured’s medical records.
